His Holiness Pope Tawadros II, Pope of Alexandria and Patriarch of the See of St. Mark, the Holy Synod of the Coptic Orthodox Church, and church bodies and institutions congratulate His Beatitude Maphrian Mor Baselius Joseph on his enthronement as Maphrian of the Syrian Orthodox Church in India by His Holiness Patriarch Mor Ignatius Aphrem II, Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, the Supreme Head of the Universal Syriac Orthodox Church.

We trust that our Christ, the Head and Ruler of the Church, whom He has chosen as both Head and Ruler, will guide his steps, for shepherding and governing His Church well for the sake of winning and saving souls and faithful witness to His holy name.

We pray that God will bless his work and all that he does, for the glory of God and the inheritance of His Kingdom.
