International Mother Language Day - 21 February

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen" (Ephesians 4: 29).

On the International Mother Language Day, we come before You God to give thanks for the rich diversity of languages and cultures that exist in our world. We acknowledge that every language is a unique expression of human creativity and identity, and that every culture has its own beauty and wisdom to share. We pray for peace and harmony in our world, recognizing that language and culture are powerful forces that can either divide us or bring us together. Amen.
