Standing Together in Prayer

Prayer from the Syriac Church Holy Mass:

As we remember, Lord, your life saving bequest and plan for us in your crucifixion, death, burial, and Resurrection on the third day, your Ascension to heaven, your sitting at the right hand of the Father, and your glorious second coming to judge the living and the dead each according to their deeds. Your parish calls upon you to rejoice with you in your kingdom, praying for you and with you to your Father, saying: Have mercy, O Father Almighty.
