In his visit after the devastating earthquake that struck the region, with his accompanying delegation, to the Antiochene parishes in Alexandretta, Antioch, and Mersin. On Friday, April 14, 2023, His Beatitude John X, Greek Orthodox Patriarch of Antioch and All the East, and MECC President for the Orthodox Family, celebrated the Vespers of the Unnailing of the Lord in the Church of the Archangels Michael and Gabriel in Mersin.
