The group of experts from Armenia, Artsakh, and the diaspora discussed the potential ramifications deriving from the rapidly changing geopolitical situation surrounding the Artsakh issue. The upcoming online session, scheduled for November 5, will encompass the notes of the Catholicos mentioned above.
