Christmas Bazaar at Abraham's House: Women's Handicrafts

JERUSALEM - Giving an air of Northern Europe to this emblematic neighborhood of East Jerusalem, Abraham’s House has decided to honor women's handicrafts during this first weekend of Advent.

On Saturday, November 27, from 10 am to 5 pm, more than 60 exhibitors, mostly from the Silwan neighborhood, will offer you a magical and yet very authentic Christmas: from jewelry to crockery, cosmetics and fashion accessories, you will find handmade sweets and local specialties that you can taste in the wonderful garden of Abraham House, taking advantage of the animations and concerts planned to make this day a real celebration.

Many women's religious communities who participated in the day of friendship on June 5 in Abu Gosh will present their crafts, which are also very diverse: icons, ceramics, organic jams, candles, embroidery, hundreds of gifts evoking the Holy Land and telling their recipients you missed them …
