United In Prayer - Lazarus Friday (Chaldean Church)

"When he had said this, Jesus called in a loud voice, ‘Lazarus, come out!’ The dead man came out, his hands and feet wrapped with strips of linen, and a cloth around his face." John 11: 43-44

Heavenly Father, we ask You in the name of Your son, Jesus Christ, who raised Lazarus from the tomb, to help us realize that there is no escape from death. We are blessed to believe that He is “the Resurrection and the life,” so we rise and have eternal life with Him. Amen! (a Prayer of supplication in Commemoration of Raising of Lazarus).
