Farewell Our Colleague and Sister Abir Chalawit

If we live, we live for the Lord; and if we die, we die for the Lord. So, whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord (Romans 14:8)

It is with deep sadness and sorrow, the General Secretariat of the Middle East Council of Churches bids farewell to its righteous daughter, our colleague Abir Chalawit, Program Officer of the Vocational Training Program at the MECC Syria’s Office, who passed away to the Heavenly Father, after accomplishing her humanitarian mission with great sincerity and dedication.
