Standing Together in Prayer

“Fasting is the first commandment handed over to humanity by God when He commanded our first two ancestors “Adam and Eve” not to eat some of the fruits of Paradise. Fasting is the first act that our Lord and Master Jesus Christ did after Baptism before he began his missionary work among people.
