From the Prayer of the family’s dedication to the Sacred Heart of Jesus in the Catholic Church:

O divine heart, take in our family and bless all our deeds, save us from dangers, sanctify our joys, ease our pain, and God forbid one of us hurt your heart with a sin, remember them, Jesus, with your infinite goodness and mercy to the penitent sinner. When the time of separation from this world comes and death and sadness are brought to our family, help us abide completely by your divine ruling, and strengthen our hope that we will meet again, all of us, in heaven to sing your glory and your mercy. Amen.
